STUDIO TERMS OF SERVICE

WAIVER POLICY: All members need to sign a waiver in order to use the facility, whether it is for classes or open studio.
SAFETY: You agree and state that you are healthy and cleared by a medical professional for exercise. You agree to mention any medical information that can potentially compromise your well being and/or need monitoring before entering the gym or participating in any exercise classes.
CLASS/ SESSION CANCELING: This agreement states that you are aware of customer standards. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you to do it 24 hours in advance; this will give us time to schedule another member to fill your time slot.
BILLING/ MEMBERSHIPS: You will be billed on a 28 day billing cycle. 28 day cancellation notice (you will be billed for your next cycle if you do not cancel 28 days prior).
DIRECT DEBIT: A member agrees to pay all amounts due under this membership agreement. All payments are non-refundable or transferable. No deductions from any payments shall be made because of a member’s failure to use the studio facilities. You are responsible for ensuring your payment is made on the payment due date. If an automatic direct debit arrangement is in place, your membership fees will continue to be debited from your account until you give us verbal notice to cancel the payment. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details, address, and email are up-to-date and to provide the studio with any changes.
FREEZING MEMBERSHIPS: If needed, members can freeze their memberships. This is a binding agreement that only allows you to freeze the memberships for up to 2 months. After the two months, the membership will become active in turn resuming payments for the membership on file. This is valid for medical reasons, traveling and/or hardship reasons, just notify us and we’ll take care of you.
CANCELLATIONS: If any member does not comply with any of the terms of this membership agreement, they may not enter the studio and may be asked to leave at any time. Studio Management may cancel any membership at any time for not complying with these terms, including not adhering to gym etiquette, abusive, illegal or threatening behavior, vandalism or stealing. Cancellations and refunds are not available on paid in full memberships.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS: You agree and acknowledge that if your account has insufficient funds, we will make 3 attempts on the card on file. If this process fails, you agree to pay upfront on your next visit.
MEMBERSHIP APP ACCOUNT: Everyone will receive steps on creating an account through our app before becoming a member. This account on your app will be used to check in with every visit to the facility.
INABILITY TO ACCESS MEMBERSHIP: If for whatever reason you somehow get locked out of your membership and/or forget your login information. You can access your information through your email. Additionally, if you’re not able to retrieve your information, notify us and we’ll help you log back into your account.
MINIMUM AGE: Studio admittance is 18 years and over unless written consent from a parent or guardian. Children 12 years and under need to be supervised by an adult to use any of the fitness equipment.
SERVICE INTERRUPTION: In case of a long-term interruption of service (e.g. fire) which requires a temporary closing of the studio. Membership will be suspended until such time as use of the studio can be safely resumed. By signing this, you are aware your membership will be paused, at this time you are not able to request a refund or terminate your membership.
SPECIAL EVENTS: We offer special event services, and therefore the studio may be closed a short period of time in the duration of the facility being rented out. A notice will be posted at the studio in advance and management will make a strong attempt to ensure there is minimal disruption during peak hours.
